Complete and Return the Application
Once you receive our Homestay Host Family application, please review the program details and guidelines.
If you agree with them, fill in your information and send the completed form back to us.
Note: A Police Information Check (criminal record check) is required for all household members aged 19 and older.

Home Inspection & Student Placement
After receiving your application, we’ll schedule a visit to your home for an inspection.
Once approved, you’ll officially become a Homestay Host Family, and we’ll match a student to live with you!
What We Look for in a Host Family
We are looking for host families who:
- Enjoy cultural exchange and are open to learning about different cultures and backgrounds
- Welcome students into their home with kindness and respect
- Offer genuine care, guidance, and support during the student’s stay
- Help students feel comfortable, safe, and at home during their time in Canada
- Want to create a positive and memorable experience for both the student and their own family
